Hello guys, In this post I want to tell you an incident from my life. I have learned a lot from this event and have applied it regularly in my business life.
One day I went to play a tournament with my volleyball team. After playing a match in a volleyball tournament, I sat by a nearby tree.
A man was already sitting by this tree. I greeted him and sat next to him. The man looked very worried. I asked this man his name and he said "My name is Usman Ali" then he asked me my name so I said "My name is Faisal Ur Rehman".
I asked Usman what is the reason why you are looking so worried. At first he didn't tell me but after talking to me for a while he told me the reason for his trouble.
Usman said that I have suffered a lot of financial loss. I said that you seem to be a very intelligent person, how did you get financial loss? When I asked Usman, he told his whole story.
Usman says that a friend of mine and I started our business together a year ago. In this business was half of my money and half of my friend's money.
We both friends had a dream together that we will grow and develop our business. But today one year later we was fail in our business and lost our money.
When I heard his story, I was very upset for a while. Then I asked Usman the name of his friend. Usman said that his name is "Chaudhry Arsalan". Then I asked Usman, what does Chaudhry Arsalan do?
Usman said that Chaudhry Arsalan does not do any work. Because Chaudhry Arslan's father was a very big and famous businessman. Chaudhry Arsalan's father was a landowner and engaged in farming business but he died a year ago.
When Chaudhry Arsalan's father died, all his wealth was inherited by his son Chaudhry Arsalan. When Usman's friend Chaudhry Arsalan came to a lot of wealth.
They thought why not start a business to further increase their wealth and make life easier. At the same time Chaudhry Arsalan met Usman.
Usman Ali and Chaudhry Arsalan were already good friends and both wanted to do business. They both consulted each other that we both do business in partnership.
The thing to understand was that Usman Ali invested his entire life's income in this business while Chaudhry Arsalan invested only a part of his wealth in this business.
When I heard his story and then analyzed. Usman Ali who was thinking that Chaudhry Arsalan was as intelligent as he had money but actually it wasn't.
Most of us think that the one who has more money is the wiser, decision maker and genius person.
I have seen many people in my life who are not very smart, decision maker and genius but they have a lot of money. And it is not necessary that every person with money is intelligent and sensible.
A person who earns money has self-confidence that I am the most intelligent person because, he thinks that if I wasn't a smart person, I wouldn't be able to make so much money.
The lesson I learned from this story is that it is not enough to just invest money in any business and then think about its success.
Therefore, it is important that both share the responsibilities and decide what you have to do and what your partner has to do.
In the world, every job, every partnership, every business, if it is first decided what you have to do and what your partner has to do. So trust me your life will be much easier later.
If you have no knowledge about any business then don't invest your money in that business. And do not make a partner in your business who has neither knowledge nor interest in business.
